NFPA 1225 - Telecommunicator Level 1 Written Exam (1 hr) - The Telecommunicator Level I Provincial Certification Exam is 50 questions multiple-choice. It is based on APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator, so your textbook will be what you need to review. You require a 70% (35 out of 50) or better to pass the knowledge portion.

Practical Testing - Skills Evaluation Methodology (Process Assessment)

• Practical skills evaluation sequence comprised of 3 skill sheets, with candidate required to master each step to receive a “PASS”.

• Evaluation based on 3 out of 11 skill sheets total within OFMEM Skill Sheets Booklet, along with demonstrated use of approved resources.
