Delivery Formats: The course is fully facilitated, with virtual and in-person options Course Length: 6 hours of instruction (1 DAY) Pricing Information: Essentials: starts from $225 per person + HST (Group rates available) MHFA Essentials is a suite of courses, focused on core knowledge and practical skills. All participants will receive official recognition of participation from the Mental Health Commission of Canada upon completion of the course. Designed to be accessible and applicable across many settings, Essentials offers a strong foundation in MHFA principles without formal assessment or certification—making it an ideal option for individuals, teams, or communities seeking meaningful, time-efficient training. Note: this course does not lead to an official 3 year Certification.

Legal Terms Upon participant registration, refunds are only applicable if a refund request is made at least two weeks prior to the course start date, provided that the participant has not redeemed their access code. Rescheduling may be accommodated upon timely notification and subject to course availability.
